Course Promotion Policy

Course promotions are calculated automatically at checkout based on the course, selected schedule, group size and a valid affiliate code when provided.

Total direct tuition discounts before VAT are capped at 25%. VAT is calculated after eligible discounts have been applied.

Early Bird applies when the buyer pays early for the selected course schedule. By default, the discount is 18% when payment is made at least 14 days before the start date.

Early Bird is schedule-based. A course with multiple schedules may have different Early Bird eligibility for each schedule.

Group registration means one buyer pays for multiple learners in one order and enters each learner's name and email during checkout.

A group of 2 learners receives an additional 5% discount. A group of 3 or more learners receives up to an additional 10% discount.

A valid affiliate code may add a tuition discount when the code is active, applies to the course and does not belong to the buyer.

Affiliate discounts are applied after Early Bird and group discounts, and only within the remaining space under the 25% cap.

First, the system calculates original tuition as course price multiplied by group size. Then it applies Early Bird, group discount and affiliate discount in that order.

Finally, VAT is calculated on the discounted subtotal. The amount shown on checkout, QR or payment request is the amount due.

For a 22,000,000 VND course, Early Bird alone makes the pre-VAT subtotal 18,040,000 VND.

For a group of 2 with Early Bird, discounts total 23%. If an affiliate code gives 5%, only 2% more can be applied because the cap is 25%.

For a group of 3 with Early Bird, Early Bird 18% plus group 10% would exceed the cap, so the total direct discount is limited to 25%.

If the selected schedule is no longer Early Bird eligible, the buyer may still receive group or affiliate discounts if eligible.

If Early Bird and group discounts already reach the 25% cap, an affiliate code may still be tracked but will not reduce the payment amount further.

Bank transfer buyers must pay the exact amount and use the exact memo shown by the system. Mismatched payments may require manual reconciliation.
